Vacancy Description

The Corporate Retail Division of Arctic Spas is searching for our next delivery technician specialist(s). You will go through on the job training with one of our senior technicians as well as online modules. You also have access to a strong support network that can assist you with troubleshooting or collaborating on solutions through phone or video call.

Because of the support available, you do not need experience specific to hot tubs, but a general competence in repairing machinery, plumbing or electrical is a definite asset. You must have a customer service-oriented mindset – we want to give our customers a white-glove treatment throughout their entire experience with Arctic Spas. A willingness to learn, willingness to work hard, and able to lift up to 50 lbs. is required of our delivery technicians.

Primary Duties (this is not an all-inclusive list):

  • Deliver and set-up of spas, all weather pools, and accessories from our location in Thorsby (located at the old Case dealership in town)
  • Basic service repairs
  • Shop/yard maintenance

Position Details:

  • 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m., Monday to Friday, with every second Saturday (Monday off if Saturday is worked), some overtime required
  • Based on leaving from and returning to warehouse/yard in Thorsby daily
  • Must have valid driver’s licence and ability to be insured
  • Must be able to haul a flat-deck trailer
  • Wage starts at $22.00 per hour, with potential for increases as experience/knowledge grows

Travel within the province may be required – there is also potential for travel or relocation to other Arctic Spas Corporate Retail Division locations within North America.
